Olivia turns one

On Friday the 16th Olivia turned one. We spent the day playing, dancing and having fun. In the morning she woke up and Rob and I rushed in to sing her Happy Birthday! (her new favorite song) Then we made her some pancakes another one of her favorites.

Rob bought her and I a present for her birthday so we opened it!

SO EXCITED we got a video camera.

We also ordered Olivia a swing set for our backyard but it won't be here until March. Hopefully we get it approved by the through our HOA. (that is another post entirely).

We had some lunch and the I took her to the park to play on the swings and silly me forgot the camera. When we got back to the house Rob was right behind us with cupcakes. Some of our friends came over to celebrate as well as my mom and Rob's dads family. We all played Toss across one, which was a huge hit for Olivia she was laughing the whole time.

One of my best friends Katie came down with her daughter Ava all the way from Sacramento, it was so nice for the girls to all be together for the first time. (Mary's daughter, Jules, Kate's Daughter, Ava, & Olivia) they had so much fun together. It was just like us when we were younger I swear we are in trouble when they get older.

Overall we had such a great day and I am certain that Olivia enjoyed her first birthday! Now if I can just figure out how to upload the videos from our new camera... Hopefully to follow
